About Us

Eclipse Support Services was established in 2001, with our headquarters located next to Farnborough Airfield in Hampshire, UK.

Our company is led by Peter Old, a ‘subject matter expert’ with over 28 years of hands-on experience and expertise in the field of TSCM.  Peter and his team have provided professional TSCM services around the globe, along with effective TSCM training and equipment, to both commercial and government clientele.

Eclipse Support Services utilise the very latest in counter-surveillance detection equipment and are capable of locating sophisticated ’21st century’ audio / video / GPS devices.  Our equipment is the same used by both British and foreign Governments; along with many police services and military forces around the world.  For ease of deployment, we have significant TSCM equipment held in both the UK and with our representative office in Dubai.

We currently provide TSCM Services around the world, with regular clients in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas.  Our teams have amassed years of security expertise gained through military service, international policing, corporate security and specialist security consulting.

Peter Old

Peter Old has 28+ years experience as a professional TSCM service provider and operator.

His skills in specialist communications systems started as a secure communications / cryptography operator, gained during his 14 years in the British Army's 'Royal Corps of Signals'.  Following his military career, he spent five years as a Security advisor with the major defence industry company RACAL (now part of the Thales Group).  During that time he was responsible for providing TSCM (debugging) services throughout the company; along with providing clients advice on MOD procedures and protocols for defence industry contracting.

Later, Peter managed the technical support team for a London based security services provider implementing fraud prevention, detection and investigation support measures to many major corporations worldwide.  This predominantly included TSCM services; along with recommending appropriate equipment for ethical electronic covert surveillance in support of corporate client internal investigations.

Since 2001, Peter has led Eclipse Support Services, one of the foremost independent TSCM Services company in the market today.

Stuart Thompson

Stuart has 13+ years experience operating from the Middle East region and has forged the necessary relationships required to perform TSCM services in this very sensitive part of the world.  He holds a full complement of TSCM equipment in Dubai to enable geographical reach and deployment for Eclipse Support Services.
